24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text and email because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

Since the services are reserved for you personally, we reserve the right to apply a Cancellation Fee of 50% of the appointment(s) cost if you choose to keep future appointments with us.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability. Its A Lash Thing Beauty Bar policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. CONFIRMATION EMAILS & TEXTS

As a courtesy, we will email & text your service appointments 48 hours prior to your appointment date.  At 24 hours before your appointment, you'll receive another text and email reminder of your appointment. However, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

NO SHOW POLICIES

If you NO-SHOW or cancel under 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the full cost of the missed appointment.

 We know life happens. However, if you no-show or late cancel we reserve the right to to charge 50% of the appointment cost of the missed appointment(s).

 ETIQUETTE & POLICIES
  • For your first visit  we request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for your initial consultation.

  • If receiving a lash service, please arrive with CLEAN lashes that are mascara free. If you are wearing make-up, please arrive an extra 10 minute early so that you can remove it so you can enjoy your full appointment.

  • With return visits we ask that you arrive about 5 minutes before your appointment time. We absolutely don't like running late for any of our  guests and it’s how we like to give world class service.
