Frequently Asked Questions

What Are Eyelash Extensions?
Eyelash extension is an advanced technique that lengthens and thickens eyelashes. They are single strands of mink lashes that are curved to replicate a natural eyelash. We use only quality extensions in faux mink and silk. You will feel the difference.

Do you offer fills on other artists' work ?

We will work over another lash artists' work however if the lashes are not up to par , a removal and full set will be needed.

How will they look and feel?
When eyelash extensions are applied by our skilled technicians they will look completely natural, only much longer and fuller. They will feel like your own eyelashes. We do not count lashes, we will add as many or as few as needed to create the right look for you.

How long will my initial appointment take?
You can expect your first eyelash appointment to take approximately 75-120 minutes.

What is the application process?
The process should be relaxing in nature. After you lie down on the table or reclining chair, your lash artist will cover your lower lashes (with a soothing gel pad or a special tape) to protect your lower lashes during application. You then relax with your eyes closed. Many clients fall asleep during their appointment.

How long will my Eyelash Extensions Last?
When properly applied and cared for, your eyelash extensions will last 2 to 4 weeks before needing a fill.

What is a fill and how often should I get one?
After your initial set of eyelash extensions you will receive instructions on how to care for them. Fills are done every 2 to 4 weeks depending on care and how quickly your eyelashes grow. An eyelash extension fill takes a shorter time to do and the prices reflect that.

Why do I lose some of my eyelashes?
Due to the natural growth cycle of your lashes you will find your natural eyelashes shed every 60-90 days as new ones grows in. We recommend getting a fill every 2 to 4 weeks to fill in lashes on the new growth.

Will extensions damage my eyelashes?
No, extensions properly applied by a certified, trained technician who uses quality products should not cause damage to your natural lashes.
